The Big O


  • 1 oz Absolut Raspberri
  • 1 oz Champagne or Sparkling Wine
  • ½ oz Ice Wine
  • 4 oz Sense Rose Nectar
  • Blackberry Caviar


  1. Pour ingredients into a shaker half full of ice except for the champagne
  2. Shake until well chilled and strain into a champagne saucer
  3. Pour chilled champagne over a spoon or shot glass to allow the champagne float to settle
  4. Add blackberry caviar to garnish
