This is an incredibly flavorful version of the classic Klondike Cooler recipe with a coffee flavour bringing earthy tones to a slightly spicey refreshing cocktail
- 1.5 oz. Kavi Whisky
- 3 oz. Ginger Beer
- 2 oz. Soda
- 1 fresh lime wedge squeezed
- Dash Maple Syrup
- In a shaker half full of ice pour Kavi and Maple syrup with lime wedge and shake until well combined.
- Pour with ice into a glass and top with Soda and Ginger Beer.
