If you are ever looking for the evening version of a mimosa this is the one that will rule the night. Cognac and pears have always been in love with each other and adding champagne to the mix seems like the only right thing to do to take this pair to the top.
- 1 oz Courvoisier Exclusif
- 4 oz Pear Nectar
- 2 oz. Pol Roger Champagne
- Pour Courvoisier Exclusif and pear nectar into a shaker
- Shake until well chilled
- Strain into a champagne coup and float 2 oz champagne on top by pouring down the side of the glass
