If you don't have a cocktail smoker you can put lemons on the top shelf in your barbecue with indirect heat turning every 10 minutes or so and it will energize the essential oils and have a similar effect to the smoker.
- 6 oz Saint of Circumstance Beer
- 2 ½ oz Orangina
- Garnish with a smoked lemon slice
- Place cocktail in a cocktail smoker for 15 seconds
- Place the lemon slice on the top to float in the drink
