This is the gateway cocktail for trying Absinthe. It has some nice citrus, spicy and herby flavours that work incredibly well with the addition of the pulverized orange slice.
- 1 oz Hills Absinthe
- 3 oz Ginger Ale
- 2 Slices of Orange
- 1 Mint Leaf
- Build over ice in a shaker
- Shake non-carbonated ingredients and pulverize orange slices
- Pour into glass and top with ginger ale
