This is a great version of a beer ceasar with some great tangy zip from the pickle juice and then the smokey chipotle flavours sneaks up on you, mixing perfectly with the Tankhouse Ale from Mill St Brewery.
- 6 oz Tankhouse Ale
- 3 oz Walter's Ceasar Mix
- 1 tsp Pickle Juice
- 5 Dashes of Tabasco Chipotle
- Garnish with a cocktail onion, pickle and strip of bacon
- Combine all ingredients ice cold and do not add ice
