Scallops - Served in Shell

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Celery, finely chopped
  • 1 ½ tbsp Italian Parsley, chopped
  • 2 ½ tsp White Horseradish, drained and prepared
  • 2 tsp Shallot, minced
  • 2 tsp Ketchup
  • 2 tsp Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Grated Lemon Peel
  • 1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Small Garlic Clove, minced
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together and reserve
  2. Steam scallops in 1 cup of white wine until shells open
  3. Shuck and slather with sauce, replace into shell
  4. Serve
