This is an amazing fondue that is pre-packaged from Quebec and fits incredibly well with the Nickel Brook Cause and Effect Blonde . Beer and cheese what elese would you want! We used a red pepper bastone and an olive bread to provide some different flavour profiles. We were amazed how it highlighted the different cheeses in this blend.
1 package of Fromagerie Ile-Aux_Grues
2 tbsp Garlic minced
2 tbsp Vidalia Onion minced
2 oz. Nickel Brook Cause and Effect
- In a nonstick pan, add 2 garlic butter and finely minced onion.
- Heat cheese in the microwave for 3 minutes to warm and soften.
- Add to the add and add in a few splashes of the Nickel Brook Cause and Effect stirring in a figure 8 pattern to keep the cheese smooth and gooey.
- Serve with crusty yet soft bread.
