Melted Brie on Apple and Pear with Rosemary

This is a terrific opener or closer to be served with wine, champagne or cocktails. Who doesn't love fruit and cheese! You can also serve these slices and cheese on pita points or manuka bread.

Makes 10 Pieces


  • 2 Large Granny Smith or Fiji Apples
  • 1 Large Bosc Pear
  • 10 oz Brie
  • Fresh Rosemary, chopped finely


  1. Core apples and pear, cut into ½ inch thick slices
  2. Trim rind off brie and cut into slices
  3. Place slices of apple on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  4. Lay slices of apple on the sheet, placing brie slices on top dusting with rosemary
