Venetian Pizza Rolls

Each Makes 2 Pizza Rolls


Ham, Mushroom and Cheese Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry, cut lengthwise
  • 2 cups Tomato Basil Puree
  • 6 slices Parma Ham
  • 1 cup Wild Mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Place puff pastry on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet
  2. Cut lengthwise to make 2 rectangles
  3. Divide all the ingredients into portions to make two rolls
  4. Add meat first then sauce, vegetables and then cheese
  5. Roll short wise to make a long pudgy roll
  6. Brush lightly with egg whites to seal the roll
  7. Bake for 15 minutes at 400F

Artichoke, Olive and Sausage Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry, cut lengthwise
  • 1 cup Fire Roasted Artichokes, crushed
  • 1 Sweet Onion, sliced
  • 2 Hot Italian Sausages Cooked, sliced
  • ½ cup Black Olives, sliced
  • 1 cup Asiago Cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Place puff pastry on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet
  2. Cut lengthwise to make 2 rectangles
  3. Divide all the ingredients into portions to make two rolls
  4. Add meat first then vegetables and then cheese
