Cheese Burger in Paradise

Makes 10 Mini Burgers


Ingredients

  • ½ lb Ground Veal
  • ½ lb Lean Ground Beef
  • ½ lb Ground Pork
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 3 tbsp Montreal Steak Spice
  • 2 tsp Aromatic Salt
  • 1 Medium Red Onion, finely chopped
  • ½ Cubanel Pepper, finely chopped
  • 5 Garlic Buds, minced
  • 5 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 oz Port
  • 10 dashes Worchestershire Sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Make patties 2 inches thick and 4 inches round
  3. Place on a wax paper lined tray until ready to BBQ
