Waldorf Salad

This is a quick and easy version of this iconic salad. The dressing can be made up to 2 days before hand and I would recomend at least doing it the night before and then adding a little lemon zest before stirring again and dressing the salad. Be sure not to overly manhandle when tossing or the leaves will bruise and turn limp very quickly. For extra style and old school charm chill your plates and salad forks!
