Seafood Sliders

If you are a fan of crab cakes then you are going to love this holy trinity of seafood sliders! Add some grainy mustard sauce or a mixture of ketchup and mayo or just have them naked and they will beat the turf styled sliders hands down.


  • 1 can Good Crab Meat (Phillips)
  • 10-12 Large Shrimp, peeled, deveined & tail removed, rough chop
  • 1 1 ½ lb Lobster Cooked, roughly chop the meat once cool
  • 2 Beaten Eggs
  • ½ Red and Yellow Pepper, finely diced
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 bunch Green Onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning


  1. Combine all the chopped seafood in a mixing bowl
  2. Add diced peppers, green onion and old bay (mix well with hands)
  3. Add the beaten eggs and panko bread crumbs and mix again well
  4. Let the mixture sit in fridge for 30 minutes
  5. Form into 2-3 oz slider patties
  6. Heat a non stick frying pan up with 2 tbsp canola oil
  7. Add sliders to hot oil and cook for 2-3 minutes
  8. Flip over the sliders and add 2 tbsp butter and place in 350 degree oven
  9. Cook for 6-7 minutes or until shrimp is cooked
  10. Serve on desired bun and top with your favourite condiments and vegetables
